Yes. With your IMAP/SMTP credentials and an app password, the AI employee reads, drafts, and sends email natively from your company address.

Can it actually make phone calls?

Yes. We provision a dedicated phone number through your Twilio account. Inbound and outbound natural-voice calls are handled via Vapi or Bland.ai with transcription and recording.

Can it browse the internet and do research?

Yes. It searches through a private SearXNG metasearch instance and browses websites with Playwright (plus TinyFish as an anti-bot fallback). It can read, extract data, and fill forms.

Does the AI employee remember previous conversations?

Yes. Every conversation is processed by a learning pipeline every 30 minutes. Facts, preferences, and decisions are extracted and stored in a PostgreSQL + pgvector knowledge base unique to your business.

Yes. Add team members by Telegram ID during onboarding. The AI maintains per-user context and knows who it is talking to.
