Every build starts with the fixed core — 32 h at $50/hour, $1,600 one-time, down from $3,000 for the first 100 companies. Anything you add below is that capability's own hours at $30/hour. No subscription is required to own it: you hold the server and the accounts, and you pay running costs direct to your providers. Support afterwards is bought in 10-hour blocks, only when you want it.

What you pay for directly and never through us
Your Sarudo runs in your accounts, so the running costs are yours. They are real, and they are not in our price. Here is the whole list, so nothing on it can surprise you later.
Every account below is opened in your name, billed to your card, at the vendor’s own price. We never buy capacity and resell it to you, and we never bundle it into a fee. If your Sarudo costs less to run one month, you pay less that month — not us.
Model and API usage
Every request your Sarudo makes runs on a model account opened in your name. The provider bills you for what you use, at their published rate. We never resell it and we never add a margin.
The server it runs on
Your instance lives on a machine in your own hosting account, on your card. We configure it during setup; the invoice comes from the host and stays between you and them.
Email and workspace seats
The dedicated address needs a mailbox, a Google Workspace or equivalent seat you pay for, on your domain. That is the only way the account can genuinely be yours.
Phone calls and SMS
Telephony is billed per minute and per message by the carrier account you open. We wire it up; we never touch the invoice.
SEO data, scraping and enrichment
SEO keyword and ranking data, social scraping and lead enrichment charge per lookup on the accounts you open. Heavy research months cost more than quiet ones, and you see exactly why. Plain web search is not one of these — it is in the base and carries no per-query charge.
Video, image and voice generation
Generation is billed per render by the vendor. A month with no renders costs nothing. A month of daily video does not.
Software you already pay for
CRM, scheduling, storage, publishing tools. Your Sarudo plugs into whatever you already pay for, or we build you one you own outright and hand over the keys. Either way we do not resell your subscriptions or take a cut of them.
Changes after handover
Support is sold in blocks of 10 hours at $50 an hour, $500 a block, and only when you ask for one. New work on your instance is quoted in further hours at $30 an hour.
What these add up to depends entirely on how hard you work it. We go through the likely spend with you during scoping, before setup starts — and because the accounts are yours, you can watch it yourself from day one.
That is what the hours buy.
If that is the shape of what you need, the brief takes about ten minutes. If you would rather own the systems your team logs into, that is priced separately.
We used to bundle the running costs and charge a monthly fee to cover them. It made the bill bigger and the truth smaller. Now the vendors bill you directly, at their price, and we charge for the hours our people work.
Payment terms
One invoice sets your instance up. After that you choose: buy support by the block when you need it, or keep two hours of a human on retainer each month. Only the last one repeats, and only if you ask for it.
Setup
32 hours at $50 an hour to stand your instance up, scoped and agreed in writing before anyone starts. One invoice, then nothing else.
Support blocks
10 hours at $50 an hour, bought when you want them. A block is invoiced when you ask for it, never on a schedule.
Hours are logged
Every hour is recorded against a named task while it is worked, and the log is handed over with your instance. You can read what each one went to.
Heartbeat
2 hours of a human every month, kept for your instance. Optional — nothing about what you own depends on it, and cancelling leaves your Sarudo running on your own infrastructure. Hours are for the month they are in and do not roll over.
What the $100 a month actually buys
2 hours of an engineer who knows your instance, held for you every month. Tell us something is wrong and getting your employee back to work is what those hours are for.
- 2 hours a month at $50 an hour — the same rate as any support block, billed monthly instead of in blocks.
- Hours belong to the month they are in. They do not roll over.
- If it broke because of something we shipped, the fix is free and your hours are untouched. We do not charge anyone to fix our own defect.
- Optional, and cancellable at any time. You own the instance either way, and it keeps running without us.
One thing we are not claiming yet. Right now you are the one who notices and tells us. We are building the monitoring that would catch it first, and we will say so here when it is live rather than before.
Most AI is sold as autonomous. Ours isn’t — a person reads the work that matters before it ships, and that review is what the hours buy. There is nothing to renew, so there is nothing to renegotiate later.
Pricing questions
Sarudo — an AI employee. It is a product we built, not something we invent from scratch for each client. The hours go into standing your own instance up on your infrastructure, loading your business into it, connecting your accounts, and handing it over. You are not renting access to it and there is nothing to subscribe to.
Setting your instance up is 32 hours at $50 an hour — $1,600, paid once. After handover, support is sold in blocks of 10 hours at $50 an hour, or $500 a block. Capabilities beyond the fixed core are chosen from the rate card and quoted at their own hours, $30 an hour.
Not to own or run your instance. There is no subscription on the build, no retainer and no auto-renew — you are not renting Sarudo, the instance is yours. There is one optional recurring plan, Heartbeat, at $100 a month. It is opt-in, and declining it changes nothing about what you own or what keeps running.
You do, directly, in accounts opened in your own name. The model provider, the host, the phone line and any data vendors bill you at their price. We never mark them up and we never bundle them into a fee. Those bills scale with how much you use your Sarudo, so we open the accounts with you during setup and show you where the spend goes.
Your instance is yours and keeps running. More work on it is quoted in additional hours at $30 an hour. Changes and fixes after handover are support work, sold in 10-hour blocks at $50 an hour. You decide when, and whether, to buy another block.
Three kinds of work, two rates. The fixed core is $50 an hour: it is the build that stands a whole instance up from nothing, and it carries the provisioning, ingestion, testing and supervised handover we do not bill separately. Capabilities added from the rate card are $30 an hour, because they are planned, batched work on an instance that already exists. Support after handover is $50 an hour: it interrupts whatever else is running and has to be answered the day you ask. Same engineers throughout.
Your instance, the server it runs on, the accounts, the data and the work done on your infrastructure. Nothing is held in our account and nothing stops working if you stop buying hours.
