Exclusivity is earned, not just bought. You need the number of new client instances shown above each year — half that in your first year while you get going. Miss it and the territory reopens; the registration fee is not refunded, and you may continue on standard reseller terms. This term exists so nobody can buy a city simply to sit on it.
Every Sarudo sale to a business whose registered address falls inside your 50 km territory — including leads that come to us through sarudo.com and that we close ourselves. You own the territory, not just the deals you personally source.
Yes, and we encourage it. Sales outside your territory earn standard reseller economics rather than territory economics — otherwise a single city purchase would claim revenue worldwide.
Net profit of your company. Your company books its revenue, pays us the wholesale rate per instance, pays for its own A.I. employee and its marketing, and whatever is left is profit. Quintally Pvt Ltd holds 50% of the company and takes a shareholder’s half of that net profit.
The territory reopens and we may register another franchise there. Your registration fee is not refunded, but you can continue selling on standard reseller terms. We will always talk to you before it comes to that.
Yes. Many franchisees also sell outside their territory on reseller terms. The two programs are complementary, not exclusive.
