Managing Your Calendar
How to add events, view your schedule, cancel or reschedule events, and keep your calendar organized.
Adding Events
To add an event to your calendar, simply tell your AI employee what, when, and where. You can be casual about it — "add a meeting with Sarah tomorrow at 2 PM" — or provide full details including location, duration, attendees, and notes. The AI parses natural language dates and times, so phrases like "next Tuesday," "in three hours," or "the last Friday of April" all work. Once added, the event is stored in your Sarudo calendar and you will receive reminders before it starts.

Viewing Your Schedule
Ask your AI employee to show your schedule for today, this week, or any specific date range. It presents your events in chronological order with time, title, location, and attendees. You can also ask about specific people — "when is my next meeting with Mark?" — and the AI will search your calendar. For a quick overview, simply ask "what's on my calendar today?" and get an instant summary of your day.

Modifying & Canceling Events
To change an event, just tell the AI what to modify. "Move the Wednesday meeting to Thursday" or "change the client call to 3 PM instead" works perfectly. To cancel an event, say "cancel my Thursday appointment" or "remove the Friday meeting." The AI will confirm the change before making it. If the event has attendees, the AI can notify them of the change or cancellation through email.
When rescheduling, the AI will check for conflicts with your existing calendar before confirming the new time.
Recurring Events
Set up recurring events by specifying the frequency. "Add a team standup every weekday at 9:30 AM" or "schedule a monthly review on the first Monday of each month" creates recurring calendar entries. You can modify individual occurrences without affecting the rest of the series. The AI handles common recurrence patterns including daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, and custom intervals.
