Setting Up Telegram

How to connect with your AI employee via Telegram — finding the bot, sending your first message, and understanding the interface.

Why Telegram?

Sarudo uses Telegram as the primary interface because it offers the best combination of speed, security, and usability. Telegram provides end-to-end encrypted messaging, supports file sharing up to 2GB, works on every platform (phone, tablet, desktop, web), and has a clean interface that makes conversations easy to follow. You do not need to learn a new app or dashboard — if you can send a text message, you can use Sarudo.

ℹ️

If you do not already have Telegram, download it for free from telegram.org or your device's app store. It takes less than two minutes to set up.

Finding Your Bot

During onboarding, you will receive a unique Telegram bot link from your Sarudo setup team. This link opens a direct conversation with your dedicated AI employee. Simply click the link or search for your bot's username in Telegram's search bar. Each Sarudo instance has its own unique bot — this is not a shared service. Your bot is exclusively yours and only responds to authorized users.

Sending Your First Message

Once you find your bot, tap "Start" or send any message to begin. Your AI employee will greet you and confirm your identity. If this is your first time connecting, the bot will verify your Telegram user ID against the authorized users list configured during onboarding. After verification, you are ready to start working. There is no login, no password, no authentication flow — Telegram handles all of that securely.

Starting a conversation

Your first interaction with your Sarudo AI employee.

You say:
Hello!
Sarudo responds:
Hello! I'm your Sarudo AI employee, ready to help. I've been trained on your business and I'm here to handle tasks for you — from emails and calls to research and document creation. What would you like to work on today?

Understanding the Interface

The Telegram interface is straightforward. You type messages just like you would text a colleague. Your AI employee responds with text, and when needed, sends files, links, or formatted information. For longer responses, the AI may split its reply into multiple messages for readability. You can send voice messages, photos, documents, and other files — your AI employee can process all of these. The conversation history is preserved, so you can scroll back to reference previous interactions at any time.

ℹ️

Pin your Sarudo bot conversation in Telegram for quick access. On mobile, long-press the chat and select "Pin". On desktop, right-click and select "Pin".

Supported Platforms

Telegram works on iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, Linux, and via web browser at web.telegram.org. Your conversations sync across all devices automatically. Start a task on your phone during your commute, then continue the conversation on your desktop when you get to the office. All messages, files, and history are available everywhere.
