How LinkedIn Enrichment Works

LinkedIn enrichment pulls professional data from LinkedIn profiles to enhance your CRM records. Given a LinkedIn profile URL or enough identifying information (name and company), the AI can extract the person's current role, work history, education, skills, and connections. This data enriches your contact profiles with valuable professional context that helps you personalize outreach and understand who you are dealing with.

Using LinkedIn Enrichment

Share a LinkedIn profile URL with your AI employee and ask it to enrich the contact. The AI will extract the available information and either create a new contact record or update an existing one. You can also ask the AI to find someone on LinkedIn by name and company — it will search and present the most likely match for your confirmation before extracting data.

Available Data Points

LinkedIn enrichment can provide the following data points: current job title and company, full work history with dates, education history, listed skills and endorsements, location, headline, and summary. The exact data available depends on the person's profile privacy settings and how much information they have shared publicly. The AI respects LinkedIn's access policies and only extracts publicly available or authorized data.
