Built-in Templates
Pre-configured templates for invoices, proposals, contracts, NDAs, and meeting briefs — what each contains and how to use them.
Overview
Your AI employee comes with several professional templates pre-configured and ready to use. These templates include placeholders that are automatically filled with relevant data from your knowledge base, CRM, and conversation context. You can use them as-is or customize them to match your branding and preferences. Each template produces a polished, professional document that looks like it was crafted by hand.
Invoice Template
The invoice template creates professional invoices with your company name, address, and branding. It includes fields for client information, line items with descriptions and amounts, subtotal, tax, and total. The template auto-populates with client details from your CRM and uses your configured payment terms. Generated invoices can be sent as PDF attachments via email or shared through Telegram.
Generating an invoice
Create an invoice from a template.
Proposal Template
The proposal template structures a professional business proposal with sections for executive summary, scope of work, deliverables, timeline, pricing, and terms. The AI fills in project-specific details from your conversation and pulls company information and pricing from your knowledge base. The result is a comprehensive proposal document that would typically take hours to write manually.
Contract & NDA Templates
The contract template provides a standard services agreement with sections for parties, scope, payment terms, intellectual property, termination, and governing law. The NDA template covers mutual confidentiality with standard protection clauses. Both templates use {{placeholder}} syntax for parties, dates, and specific terms. These are starting points — for legally binding documents, always have them reviewed by your legal counsel before signing.
Template-generated contracts and NDAs are starting points. Always have legally binding documents reviewed by a qualified attorney before use.
Meeting Brief Template
The meeting brief template creates a preparation document for upcoming meetings. It includes the meeting purpose, attendee bios (pulled from your CRM), agenda items, relevant background information, key talking points, and desired outcomes. Ask your AI employee to prepare a meeting brief before any important call or meeting, and it will compile all relevant information into a single, easy-to-reference document.
