Drafting Posts

Creating social media content for different platforms with automatic tone and format adaptation.

Creating Posts

Tell your AI employee what you want to post about and it will draft appropriate content. You can be specific ("write a LinkedIn post about our new product launch") or general ("create some social content for this week"). The AI generates content that matches the platform's style and your brand voice. It can create text posts, suggest image descriptions, include relevant hashtags, and optimize for engagement.

Drafting a LinkedIn post

Create professional content.

You say:
Write a LinkedIn post about how AI is changing small business operations. Keep it thought-provoking and under 200 words.
Sarudo responds:
Here's your LinkedIn post draft (187 words): "The biggest shift in small business isn't AI replacing people — it's AI amplifying what a small team can accomplish. Last year, a 3-person consulting firm I work with handled 40% more clients without hiring. Not by working longer hours, but by letting AI handle the repetitive work: scheduling, follow-ups, research, document prep. The results speak for themselves... [continues with insights and a call to discussion]. #SmallBusiness #AI #Productivity" — Shall I post this to LinkedIn, or would you like to refine it?

Tone Adaptation

The AI adapts the tone and format based on the target platform. LinkedIn posts are professional and insight-driven. X/Twitter posts are concise and punchy. Facebook posts are conversational and community-oriented. Instagram captions complement visual content with storytelling. You can also request specific tones — "make it funny," "keep it inspirational," or "be controversial" — and the AI will adjust accordingly.

ℹ️

Share examples of social posts you admire during onboarding. The AI will study the style and incorporate similar patterns into your content.

Multi-Platform Content

Create content for multiple platforms at once by asking the AI to adapt a single idea across channels. "Post about our client success story on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook" generates three versions optimized for each platform. The core message stays consistent while the format, length, and tone vary appropriately. This ensures brand consistency across platforms without the tedium of manually reformatting content.

Content Ideas & Brainstorming

Struggling with what to post? Ask your AI employee for content ideas based on your industry, recent company news, trending topics, or your content calendar goals. The AI can suggest a week's worth of posts, create themed content series, or generate ideas around specific campaigns. It can also analyze what topics have performed well in the past and suggest similar content.
