How to enrich contact profiles using email addresses via Apollo, Clearbit, and Hunter integrations.
What is Email Enrichment?
Email enrichment takes a person's email address and looks up additional information about them from public and professional databases. From a single email, your AI employee can often find the person's full name, job title, company, phone number, social media profiles, and more. This transforms a bare email address into a complete contact profile, saving you hours of manual research and ensuring your CRM records are comprehensive.
What you'll need: your own API keys for the enrichment providers you want to use (Apollo, Clearbit, and/or Hunter — you only need the ones you plan to use). Enrichment credits bill directly to your plans with each provider, so you can swap providers, upgrade tiers, or cancel them at any time without affecting the rest of Sarudo.
Enrichment Providers
Sarudo integrates with multiple enrichment providers to maximize data coverage. Apollo provides professional details including job titles, company info, and direct phone numbers. Clearbit offers company and person data enrichment with high accuracy for technology companies. Hunter specializes in verifying email addresses and finding contact information. The AI automatically queries the appropriate providers and combines results for the most complete profile possible.
Enrichment providers require API keys configured during onboarding. The AI uses your accounts — costs are based on your provider plans, not Sarudo.
Using Email Enrichment
To enrich a contact, simply ask your AI employee to look up an email address. You can also request enrichment when adding contacts to your CRM — "add this contact and enrich their profile." The AI returns all available information and offers to update the CRM record. For existing contacts with minimal data, ask the AI to enrich their profiles to fill in the gaps.

Bulk Enrichment
Need to enrich multiple contacts at once? Upload a CSV file with email addresses and your AI employee will process each one, enriching the profiles in batch. This is useful when importing a list of leads from a conference, webinar, or purchased list. The AI reports back with a summary of how many profiles were successfully enriched and which ones had limited data available.
