Social Post Calendar

Viewing your queued and published social posts in Publer, reviewing the social content pipeline, and planning week-to-week social strategy.

What This Article Covers

This article is specifically about your social media posting queue — the list of posts you have drafted, approved, and scheduled through Publer. It is not about the longer-form blog content calendar pipeline (the monthly research → approval-gated daily drafts → CMS publish loop), which is documented in the Content Calendar Pipeline category. If you are looking for "how Sarudo researches topics and drafts full blog articles for me," go there instead. If you are looking for "what posts am I sending to LinkedIn this week," you are in the right place.

ℹ️

Short form: Social Post Calendar = already-drafted social posts in the Publer queue. Content Calendar Pipeline = the automated blog workflow that researches, writes, and publishes long-form articles.

Viewing Your Social Calendar

Ask your AI employee to show your social calendar to see all queued and scheduled posts across networks. The calendar view shows what is posting when, on which network, and the post content. This gives you a clear picture of your social output and helps you identify gaps in coverage or opportunities to add content.

Checking content calendar

View upcoming scheduled posts.

You say:
Show me my social media calendar for this week.
Sarudo responds:
Here's your content calendar for this week: Monday — LinkedIn: Industry insights post (9 AM, published). Tuesday — X/Twitter: Product tip (11 AM, scheduled). Wednesday — No posts scheduled. Thursday — LinkedIn: AI thought leadership (9 AM, scheduled), Facebook: Client success story (2 PM, scheduled). Friday — X/Twitter: Weekend question (4 PM, scheduled). You have a gap on Wednesday — would you like me to create content for that day?

Content Planning

Work with your AI employee to plan content in advance. You can create a content strategy by theme ("focus on thought leadership this month"), by campaign ("promote the spring sale across all channels"), or by cadence ("post 3 times per week alternating between tips and stories"). The AI will draft content according to your plan and queue it up for your review and approval.

Reviewing Published Posts

View your published post history by asking the AI. See what was posted, when, and on which platform. While detailed engagement analytics require checking each platform directly, your AI employee can give you an overview of your posting activity over any time period. This helps you assess consistency and identify content themes worth repeating.

ℹ️

Review your published posts periodically to see what types of content you have been sharing. This helps identify patterns and plan for a balanced content mix.

Identifying Content Gaps

Your AI employee can analyze your content calendar and posting history to identify gaps — platforms being neglected, topics not covered, or inconsistent posting schedules. Ask "what am I missing in my social media?" and the AI will provide suggestions based on your posting patterns and content strategy. This proactive analysis helps you maintain a strong, consistent social media presence.
