Companies & Organizations
Managing company records, linking contacts, and tracking industry, size, and relationship details.
Company Records
Company records store information about organizations you do business with. Each record includes the company name, domain, industry, size, location, and your relationship status. Companies are linked to their associated contacts, deals, and activity history. This gives you a complete 360-degree view of each organization — who you know there, what deals are in progress, and the full history of interactions.

Adding & Updating Companies
Companies are often created automatically when you add contacts with new company domains. You can also create company records manually by providing the company name and any known details. Update company records at any time — "update ACME Corp's industry to FinTech" or "ACME Corp moved to their new office in Austin." The AI maintains accurate company records as a foundation for your relationship management.
Contacts & Organizational Charts
View all contacts associated with a company by asking the AI. This is especially useful before meetings — "show me all my contacts at ACME Corp" gives you a roster of everyone you know at the organization. The AI can also note reporting relationships if you have shared that information, helping you understand the organizational structure of key accounts.
Company Intelligence
Enrich company records with information from web research and lead enrichment tools. The AI can look up a company's industry, size, funding history, key executives, and recent news. This intelligence is stored in the company record and available for reference in future conversations. Combined with your interaction history, this gives you a comprehensive understanding of each account.
Ask the AI to enrich company records when you add them. "Add TechCorp to CRM and look up their details" will create the record and research the company in one step.
